Terms of Use
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These terms govern use of the Phase1 Movement website, forms, appointments and workspaces. By using these services, you agree to use them honestly, carefully and in accordance with applicable law.
1. Role of Phase1 Movement
Phase1 Movement helps individuals and businesses review their needs and the options available in the market. Information presented on the website or by an advisor supports your decision-making. By itself, it is not a contract with a provider.
The contract covering a service, its price, availability, installation, equipment, term, renewal or cancellation is the agreement you confirm with the relevant provider. Review the provider’s documents and keep a copy.
2. Service information
Prices, promotions, features, service areas and available dates may change. An option is confirmed only after the provider validates it for your address, circumstances and the time of the request. If information differs, the terms confirmed in your agreement with the provider govern that service.
You remain free to accept or decline an option. Ask questions before confirming and check the total price, term, change or cancellation conditions and details specific to the service.
3. Appointments and communications
Appointments are used to speak with an advisor. Choose the appointment type that matches the stage of your request and provide accurate contact information. To change or cancel an appointment, use the link provided in the confirmation or contact your advisor.
A booking link may be specific to an advisor or appointment type. Check the name and context shown before providing information.
4. Portal, client records and recorded orders
Restricted workspaces allow authorized people to follow contacts, notes, tasks, documents and service information. An order recorded in the portal reflects a process already confirmed with the client and provider; recording it in the portal does not, by itself, place an order with the provider.
Portal users must record accurate information, limit access to the client records needed for their work and promptly correct an error brought to their attention.
5. Documents and confidential information
Only provide documents and information relevant to your request. Do not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, malicious or infringes another person’s rights.
Sign-in links and personal document or client record links may provide access to information intended for a specific person. Keep them confidential, do not forward them without authorization and sign out on shared devices. If you receive a personal link that was not meant for you, do not use it and contact us. Advisors’ public booking links may be shared.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access another person’s account or client record, bypass a security measure, disrupt the service, automate abusive submissions, impersonate someone or use the website for fraud. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, information or the service.
7. Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and information current. An interruption, delay or error may still occur. Tell us about incorrect information and verify important details directly with your advisor or the provider before making a decision.
8. Content ownership
Text, visual elements and content created for Phase1 Movement are protected by applicable rights. You may view them and keep a copy reasonably needed for your request. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires permission, subject to rights granted by law.
9. Your rights
These terms do not limit the rights and remedies available to you under applicable law, including consumer protection and privacy laws. Nothing requires you to waive in advance a remedy protected by law.
The collection and handling of personal information are explained in our privacy policy.
10. Contact and changes
For a question about these terms, a link received in error or information that should be corrected, email eslebeau@phase1movement.com or write to Eric Lebeau, 1263 boulevard Hurtubise, Gatineau, Quebec J8P 7C2, Canada.
We may update these terms when our services or applicable rules change. The date above identifies the current version. An update does not remove rights already granted by law.
