Phase1 Movement ("we", "our company") values the protection of your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

2. Information we collect
We only collect the information needed for the purposes described below.
Information you provide
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, business name, postal code or region, number of employees, client type, services of interest, current provider, general information about your usage, property or business, equipment, bills or activity volume, and the information you include in your message. For an application, we also collect the information you choose to provide about your background and the region you would like to represent.
Information collected automatically
The site may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, language, pages viewed, landing page and referring site. With your consent, we may also measure use of the site and the general source of a visit in order to evaluate our communications. See our cookie policy.
3. Purposes of collection
- Respond to your requests and carry out your analysis;
- Communicate with you about our services;
- Measure site audience and ad effectiveness (with your consent);
- Improve our site and services;
- Meet our legal obligations.
4. Consent
By submitting the form, you consent to our use of your information to process your request. Non-essential cookies (audience measurement, advertising) are only activated with your consent, which you can grant, refuse or change at any time through the "Manage cookies" panel. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address in section 1.
5. Service providers
We use specialized providers to host and secure the site, store and process requests, support client follow-up and, when you consent, measure audience and the effectiveness of our communications. They receive only the information needed to perform their mandate and are required to protect it.

Some information may be processed or accessed outside Quebec and Canada, where it may be subject to the laws that apply in those jurisdictions. Before such a disclosure, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the information receives adequate protection.

We keep your information only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is securely destroyed or anonymized.

We take reasonable physical, technical and administrative measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. Access to requests is limited to authorized staff.
9. Your rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal information corrected;
- withdraw your consent;
- obtain the portability of your computerized information;
- request de-indexing or that the dissemination of information cease, in certain cases.
To exercise these rights, write to the person in charge listed in section 1. If our response does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in regulations. The update date above indicates the latest revision.
